Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning
(Empty Home Cleaning)
Moving is stressful – let us handle the cleanup.
Our Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning is designed to get an empty home spotless and ready for the next family. Whether you’re a tenant aiming to secure your deposit back, or a homeowner preparing a house for sale (or just after purchase), we’ll make sure the place looks welcoming and dirt-free. We perform a deep cleaning on all rooms since no furniture is in the way, making it easier to reach every corner.
What’s Included
(Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning):
Whole-Home Deep Clean
We perform all tasks from our Deep Cleaning service, giving every room a thorough top-to-bottom scrub.
Inside Appliances & Cabinets
Clean and disinfect inside the refrigerator, oven, and microwave. Wipe down the inside of all cabinets, drawers, and closets to remove dust and crumbs, so you can unpack into a truly clean space.
Detailed Kitchen & Bath
Sanitize every surface in the kitchen and bathrooms, including inside empty cabinets and drawers, sinks, countertops, shower/tub, toilet, and even baseboards. We leave no corner untouched.
Floors & Surfaces
Vacuum and mop floors thoroughly (including inside closets and along baseboards). Wipe all doors, door frames, light switches, and outlet covers to remove fingerprints or smudges.
Final Touches
We’ll do a last walkthrough to check that we didn’t miss a spot. Your home will look and smell fresh for its new start!
What’s Not Included
(Move-related tasks beyond cleaning):
The home should be emptied of personal belongings prior to cleaning. We’ll gather and throw out small trash if we find any, but removing large amounts of junk or old furniture isn’t part of this service.
We will vacuum carpets, but deep carpet shampooing is not included. (If needed, we can help coordinate a carpet cleaning specialist for the same day.)
We don’t fill nail holes or touch up paint. Our job is to ensure the space is clean; repairs should be handled separately.
Move-Out service focuses on the home’s interior. We won’t be cleaning garages, balconies, or outdoor areas unless specifically requested (and we’ll clarify any extra charges for those in advance).
