Recurring Cleaning
(Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly Maintenance)

Our Recurring Cleaning service keeps your home consistently fresh, week after week. We’ll work with you to set up a schedule that suits your life – whether that’s every week, every two weeks, or once a month. You’ll enjoy a reliably spotless house without the hassle, and you’ll get to know the same friendly team each visit, building a comfortable, trusted relationship over time . What’s Included
(Recurring Cleanings):
Dusting & Surfaces
Dust all accessible furniture, shelves, décor, and flat surfaces throughout the home. Wipe down countertops, tabletops, and high-touch areas (light switches, door knobs).
Kitchen
Clean appliance exteriors (stovetop, microwave front, fridge door, etc.), wipe countertops and backsplash, scrub sink, and tidy up the kitchen. We’ll even load the dishwasher or wash a few dishes so your sink is clear.
Bathrooms
Clean and sanitize sinks, countertops, toilets, showers and tubs. Polish fixtures and wipe mirrors for a sparkling finish.
Floors
Vacuum carpeting and rugs; sweep and mop hard floors (wood, tile, etc.) so every room feels fresh underfoot.
General Tidying
Empty wastebaskets and take out trash. Make beds and straighten up pillows/throws so each room looks neat and welcoming.
What’s Not Included
(Routine recurring visits focus on maintenance tasks)
We do not wash/fold clothes as part of regular cleaning . (If you need occasional help with laundry, let us know beforehand and we can discuss a special arrangement.)
Standard recurring service doesn’t include cleaning the inside of ovens, refrigerators, or inside cabinets. For a deep scrub of those, see our Deep Cleaning or Move-Out services.
We’ll tidy up, but extensive organizing or picking up large amounts of clutter/toys isn’t part of a regular clean. (We don’t judge – but if areas need major organizing, we can plan a special session!)
Carpet shampooing, steam cleaning upholstery, or exterior window washing are not included. We focus on in-home surface cleaning (though we can recommend partners for carpets or extensive window washing if needed).
